they can speak english a fiew but the stay is almost great but for the value it cost good.. cheap enough...

The bed is too hard and the room size is quite small. The TV is small also and no WiFi network. However, the price is cheap!

The hotel is correct but few problems : the employees don't speak English, the hotel is located far and the taxis don't go there (average waiting for a taxi :30 min), had to take the bus. And finally no heating in the rooms, it was very cold!
