Mercure Batam 4 stars

It's a return trip to Mecure so you know how good the holiday is. Room are a liitle older of the higher floors. Try to get the room facing the pool area for slightly better view. Beds are comfy however the pillows are too soft.(get an extra pillow of possible) And a little pen stains on sheets. Hotel breakfast is not bad. Quite a variety of choices for you to choose from. Also have an egg station where you can choose what you want for your egg omettle and they will do it on the spot right away. Very friendly Staffs that are always going the extra mile to help.. Always carrying a smile with them

Overall, the room is spacious but looks a bit old. Lighting in the room could be improved. Location is fine. Wi-fi service at the lobby area not working. I strongly suggest that wi-fi is made available in rooms as well.

My Family and I stayed over at Mecure Hotel Batam for 3 days 2 nights. All the staff there were very helpful and polite. The only thing is that there wasn't any shops nearby. But overall, I think it's okay.
