This hotel serves the best hospitality! Excellent service, fantastic location & it's much better than Mercure Kuta Bali (previously I stayed @ Mercure during my trips to Bali). Only drawback is, we can't hang our wet laundry @ the balcony & there's no laundry line in the toilet. But that's just an insignificant flaw because the service compensates for everything else!
