| 4/5 | Mr. Hu, China Feb 2012 | | 我们是一家三口入住的(3岁幼童)。除了房间小一点(当然在港岛,也就只能如此了),其他都很满意。从进门时的门爷(不能叫门童,毕竟老人家头发都没有了)的热情服务,到酒店check in服务,用普通话耐心解答为什么我的招商银行短信提示132美金的消费(实际上是酒店杂费的预授权,因为走的是万事达途径,所以不会在国内银行显示预授权,只有走银联才可以显示)。酒店餐厅的服务员也很好,包括打扫房间的大妈亦笑眯眯的,很nice,估计与它是YMCA旗下有关吧。住了4晚,留下的是美好的回忆。
PS:我住的楼层大陆游客有点吵,半夜12点了,还很大声的敲门喊人。--
