Space is very limited between the bed and the writing table for the BIG chair. The sofa chair was also too big for the room. TV was too close when you sit on the chair
Solution : Just replace by smaller chair
The small round mirror in the toilet was too high and you need to be 6ft tall to see your face.
Solution: Get a stool for short guests
Shower was very nice and hot. TV channels too many on 'Sports' no news
My room was 2502, small but comfortable esp the bed and pillow.
If you're looking for a hotel for convenience, this hotel is a great choice. It is strategically located in the heart of the shopping district and East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is also just around the corner, makes commuting to places and shopping so much easier. There a few halal eateries (yes, I'm a Muslim) within the vicinity. Our 21st floor room, although small, is clean and comfortable enough for my family of 4. We could see a partial view of the harbour and the Avenue of Stars from our balcony.
On another note, bear with the 'back alley' smell at the entrance as it seems like the dumpster is situated just across the street. The restaurant seems a tad too small to cater to the hotel residents during breakfast as we had to wait every time. And the hotel staff could use a little more smiles and eye contact when serving us.
Excellent location as it is right smack in the midst of tsim sha tsui :) A few pubs and clubs around the hotel so it's good for those who drinks. Room is quite dated but well maintained. Good panoramic view on high floors!

Newly renovated and very clean! Though view isnt so fantastic since we were facing old buildings. It's near tst mtr exit and local restaurants that serve good roasted bbq, congee, dimsum, etc. I will definitely book again the next time I visit hk.
