All the staff are very accomodating, room is very clean, the food is good, all in all is excellent, when i go back i. Hongkong i will stay again in empire hotel kowloon, accessible to shopping mall all are u can walk

The location is excellent, close to shops and eateries. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything looks fresh. The size of room is small compared to hotels overseas but is reasonable considering the price I paid. Unless we pay more, we can't expect hotel rooms in Hong Kong to be big. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Because I had to take a night flight when I left Hong Kong, the hotel staff kindly allowed me a late check out at 3pm. That was helpful. Overall, I was happy with my stay at Empire Hotel.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They gave me a room with the view of Victoria Harbour on their Empire Club floor. The room is big, bathroom is big and clean as well. Location is very strategic to all. It is infront of a grocery and restaurants nearby.
