It is in convenient location as it is 5 minutes walk to the MRT and 2 minutes walk to the trans. There are not much shopping nearby and you have to take MRT to Causeway bay for shopping. Hotel room is dated a bit, considering Hong Kong hotel room size, the room is reasonably large. | 3/5 | Mr. Wong, Hong Kong Sep 2012 | | We never experience any hotel's staff whole day showing their customers or guests a long face as this Empire Hotel of Wanchai. We stayed for 4 days and we never see any smiling face inside this hotel. You would really can feel how much "unwelcome" you are!! On the day of check in, we arrived around 11am as our flight from Singapore a bit early. Their staff insist that we have to wait up to 2pm, the reason is the room didn't ready and still under cleaning. End up we were too tired and even fall asleep on the lobby's sofa. Up to 1:55pm, we went to ask for the room key, the same front desk lady said she would check?
