The hotel is located in the residential area of Happy Valley away from the busy districts of Hong Kong. However, the hotel offers shuttle service to both Central and Causeway Bay area. The rooms are small with basic facilities and amenities. The hotel is quite run down and desperately needs some refurbishment. However, the value is reasonably good on weekdays when the occupancy is low. When the occupancy is high on weekends, you will be caught by surprise that the room rate jerks up a fair bit.
