The hotel is really grand and the rooms are nice and cozy. Every corner is worth taking a picture of. I really like the cute disney-themed toiletries and slippers that I can bring home to my daughter. I also loved the souvenir shop inside the hotel.
It is worth coming back to although room prices are quite high even for the buffet breakfast.
Overall, it was a happy experience for my son and I. It is the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

there's truth in advertising! our stay was "magical"! the staff were all very attentive to our needs.
Hotel is expected of a Disney hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room size was pretty big. We felt disappointed that the service staff during check in, did not explain the various additional activities which were not in their programme sheet e.g. meeting the Disney mascots etc, which apparently is only offered to special rooms guests.
The policy of check in at 3pm and check out at 11am effectively makes the hotel as sleep over place. We booked a 2 day pass in Disney Park so we would want to enjoy our access to the park. After leaving our bags and having some refreshments at the Kingdom club, we went to the maze then head for the park. We came back for the evening snack, fireworks at the balcony and meet/greet with Minnie Mouse. We started to enjoy our room around 9pm. The next morning, after breakfast, we have to prepare our things for check out as we plan to enjoy the park again after it opens at 10am. We only get to use the room for almost 13 hours. Maybe the room should be given earlier and more buses to the park should be deployed during opening and closing hours.
