Our stay in Disney Hollywood Hotel was great. The hotel is kid friendly and not only kids will really enjoy there but also kid at heart. However, I was hoping to take a dip in the pool, but it wasn't open when we stayed there. I am not sure if, it is because the weather now in HK is cold or it was just under maintenance. I suggest, if the hotel is going to close some of their amenities, they should have deducted it in the hotel rate, because we paid for that. The hotel was clean but I just noticed that one of the pillow case used in our room has a hole in it. It was just a minor problem, but I just want to write it down in my feedback. Though, I would still go back there and book in Disney Hotel. :)
Great experience in staying this Disney themed hotel! From entering into the foyer to the room and to the restaurants you can immerse yourself into the world of fantasy all the way through. Although the costs of dining were a bit expensive for average families but if you'd like to treat yourself or your little ones with a full Disney experience please do not skip this hotel. A Disney trip is not completed without staying in the Disney hotel!
The lobby is never empty! Always full of people waiting to check-in. Check-in at 3pm so I suggest go to disneyland and come back for check-in. You can just leave the luggages at the hotel. Rest in the afternoon and go back to disneyland for the fireworks. Food is expensive of course. Restaurant offers meet and greet with Chef Mickey but the picture is expensive to buy. You can use your own camera too.
