We found the cleanliness of the room not so good, especially in the bathroom where there were lots of mold.

I absolutely love Cosmopolitan Hotel! Their receptionist, bell boy, front desk, housekeeping, and everyone who works there are very helpful and always happy to assist their guests. Their rooms are really big compared to other hotels. Everything is clean and smells good. Their beds and sheets are soft and one of the best sleep I've had so far. I am definitely going back!

Tinggal di hotel ini bersama keluarga cukup menyenangkan karena saya mengambil kamar yang family bisa memuat untuk 4 orang. Hotel ini menyediakan shuttle bus yang memudahkan kita untuk pergi ke tempat tujuan. Sarapan pagi yang cukup bervariasi. Pelayanan yang ramah. Tetapi susah untuk mencari makanan di sekitar hotel Staying at this hotel with my family is quite fun because I took the family room which can contain up to 4 people. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that allows us to go to the destination. Breakfast is quite varied. Friendly service. But hard to find food around the hotel
