It's a new hotel with a good location, it only takes less than 5 minutes walking from Tin Hau MTR, the bus stop and tram stop are in front of the hotel. You can go everywhere by tram, it only cost HKD 2.3.
You can take airport bus A11 to hotel and get off at Hing Fat St bus stop (after victoria park bus stop), it only costs HKD 40 or you can take city bus from airport E11 (it only costs HKD 20)and you may get off at Tin Hau MTR.
The service is good and you need hotel card to access the lift, though the lift is so tiny, it only can accomodate 2 people and your luggages.
You may find many food stalls nearby and the dessert shop opens until very late.
It's quiet environment for staying (you can sleep tight) and you can go to the hectic downtown by one MTR station (Causeway bay) or a couple tram stops.
