Good location, very friendly and accommodating staff most especially Stephen Ho. But I don't think we were given a room upgrade as mentioned in their email through Asia Travel

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel and it never fails me in its services provided. The hotel is close to all public transport facilites and it is a few minutes walk to the nearest MTR and bus services to the Star Ferry pier is just across the hotel. Plenty of Hong Kong style cafes or Char Chan Teng as it is called and pubs along the Prat Avenue and Hart Avenue as well the nearby K-11 mall and along Cameron and Granville Road. Walking to Nathan Road is just a few minutes away too and from there you can figure out where to head around the Tsim Shai Tsui area. Good location to stay in the Kowloon area

Will definitely be may favorite place in Hongkong. Nice location. Near Mcdonalds, 7-11, K circle convenience store, Deli France, shopping malls & MTR station just 3-4 mins walk along Haiphong road(Tsimshastui station). Visit the Hau Fook Street(food street) and try CaterKing Dimsum very reasonable price. Must try the Ebenezeer Restaurant for there famous chicken kebabs, greek salad & naan bread with green sauce. Three blocks away from bossini outlet and Apple retail store(Studio A). Location: Excellent

Perfect location, near shopping district, few minutes walk to mrt station. The only hotel i've know to have microwave in each room. comfortable beds. Cute bathroom.Free wifi. My preferred place whenever i come to hongkong. Only that no bell boy, to bring down our bags but that is forgivable as the rroms are just near the elevator.
