It is a nice hotel with basic amenities, and shared bathroom. Location is good, away from the busy area. A very good value budget accommodation.

The hotel is not so near to MTR station. Its cleanness is just normal. Also it is quite small. It is good for budgeted pack baggers. But the canteen is good. Cheap and nice food.

The building itself and its elevators are dated, but the room are clean and tidy nonetheless. It is quite conveniently located (about 12min walk to Mongkok MTR station), yet it is off the main thoroughfare so traffic noise is minimal. Wifi in lobby only, and I found its speed somewhat sporadic. Good value overall.
