Good location. Hotel shuttle was difficult to find upon arrival at Lo Wu station as nobody understood English, so we eventually had to take a taxi to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious but very noisy. Otherwise, staff were very helpful and hotel is of good value for money.

Hotel is a little far from the immigration point to HK, but still within walking distance - 20 minutes or more depending on your speed. Rooms are a little rundown & equipments are dated, but still within acceptable standards. No safe box in room. However, they made up for excellent service. Front desk are efficient, polite & helpful. Hope mini van hours to customs can be extended.

The location is near on Lowu, also they have mini bus to drive us to lowu return until 11PM..the staff not really nicely but is ok, poor english, room is quite ok..
