The Revolving Restaurant
On the 41st floor of Grand Hyatt Cairo is the magnificent Revolving Restaurant. The highest restaurant in the Middle East, it has unprecedented views of Cairo and is 30 metres in diameter and rotates 360 degrees in 75 minutes, bringing the Pyramids, the River Nile and the entire city of Cairo all into view. The Revolving Restaurant offers French cuisine, all specially prepared in the show kitchen. A fine menu of wines, spirits, liqueurs and brandies is also available. Capacity: 140 seats.
