Pick-Up / Boarding - Important to Note

• Beijing and Xian (Tours BJ1, BJ2 and XA1, XA2) - boarding is at any hotels of your stay. Our agent guide will call you the night before to inform the time of pick-up for next day tour.
• Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou (Tours SH1, SH2, SU1 and HZ1) - tours depart from Shanghai and return to Shanghai on same day. Boarding is at designated hotels in downtown Shanghai. Due to the traffic congestion in Shanghai, the tour bus WILL NOT stop at all hotels - to avoid wasting time in traffic jam and affecting your tour enjoyment / schedule. On the tour day, all you need to do is go to the boarding place before the departure time, present your ASIA TRAVEL VOUCHER to hop-on the coach and start your tour. Remember to ask / keep the Asiatravel Voucher for boarding. We will issue the Voucher with details of boarding place and departure time on it including address in chinese and contact numbers for emergency assistance in Shanghai.

Beijing Tours (BJ1, BJ2 and BJ3) :-
Child is defined as aged 8 years old or below
Child above height of 1.1 metres requires to pay 50% of fare rate
Child at height of 1.1 metres or lower requires to pay US$5 for meals only

Xian Tour (XA1 and XA2) :-
Child is defined as aged 8 years old or below
Child above height of 1.1 metres requires to pay full adult fare
Child at height of 1.1 metres or lower is Free of Charge (FOC)

Shanghai Tours (SH1 and SH2), Suzhou Tour (SU1) and Hangzhou Tour (HZ1) :-
Child aged 2-11 years is required to pay 50% of adult fare
Child below age of 2 years old is Free of Charge (FOC)

Payment Terms
All Tours have to be prepaid in advance. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). For cancellation [3] working days prior to the tour date or earlier, the full amount will be refunded less a credit card processing charge of 5.5%. No refund will be allowed for cancellation within [3] days of the tour date.
