Terms and Condition

| All participants should process valid travel documents(validity should be at least 6 months after departure date), and an International Certificate of Vaccination showing a smallpox and cholera vaccination is recommended. | Accommodation with private facilities in hotel on twin sharing basis. Single tour member is subject to the payment of the single supplement. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar class if necessary. |
| Health | Transfer |
| Tour participants whose health is impaired through illness or who suffer from physical handicaps or who are pregnant are advised that these tours are not suitable for joining. | Transfer between aiport-train station-pier and hotel within China including of one piece of baggage (not exceeding 20 Kilos). Tour members arriving or departing dependently outside group movement have to be responsible for their own transportation. |
| Itinerary | |
| Travel arrangement in China are at the final discretion of the authorities concerned. Asia Travel has no control over this portion and cannot be held responsible for changes. Itinerary shown reflect the likely day-to-day movements. The sequence in which cities are visited, the duration of time spent in each cities, sights to be seen and the mode of transport used are subject to modification due to land conditions. Sightseeing program will be announced upon arrival in each city. |

Cancellation Cancellation of your reservation must be in writing. A cancellation charge will be imposed to cover the expenses and costs incurred. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the number of the days prior to the commencement of the tour date your cancellation is receive by us. This is expressed as a percentage of the package fare and is calculated as follows: 14 - 7 Days: 40% of the Package Fare |
Responsibility Asia Travel and / or its associated companies, give notice that all tickets and coupons issued by them and all arrangement for transport or conveyance, or for hotel accommodations, are made by them as agents upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour(s) or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant, or for any failure on the part of a hotel to provide any of the facilities normally available. |
| Such conveying etc., is subject to the laws of the country where the conveyance etc., is provided. Asia Travel and / or associated companies accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in trains, cruiseship or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes. Additional expenses, if any shall be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to substitute hotels, and to make any alteration in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying of the tour. The passenger are bound by any such changes made and additional expenses, if any, may be charged to the passenger. The right is also reserved to cancell any tour and to decline to accept, or to retain, any person as a member of any group at anything. In such case, refund will be based on the actual cost of the unfinished portion of the tour. All services are subject to the law of country in which the cervices are provided. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservation of a trip shall constitute consent to all terms and conditions mentioned. |
