Cancellation Policy :

  1. If you should decide to cancel the booking, the notification of your cancellation must reach us at least [3] working days (not including Sundays and Public Holidays ) before your check-in date. A full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
  2. If your notification of cancellation reaches us less than [3] working days (not including Sundays and Public Holidays ) before your check-in date, the amount to be credited to your credit card account will be the full booking amount less one (1) room night charge and an administrative fee of US$10.00.
  3. If cancellation is notified to us on the very day of check-in date, we shall treat this case as "No-Show" in which no refund will be made.
