  • We bill you after we confirm your reservation, not before.
  • Prepayment is required per hotel's policy. Please make payment to Asia Travel before cut-off date. Your room is guaranteed only after we received your payment.
  • If cancellation is notified to us 10 working days or more before check in date, full refund less 5.5% (being processing fee) will be refunded back to you.
  • If cancellation is notified to us less than 10 days before check in date, no refund will be made (this is the hotel's policy and applies cross-the-board).
