US$1.5 Social Development Fee per room per night is exclusive from above rates
   and is payable direct to the hotel.

Above rates are net inclusive of service charge and tax. ( US$1 is approximately    HK$7.7)
High season surcharge may apply in certain dates. Final rate will be confirmed at    reservation.

All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card ( Visa, Master Card or Amex) or telegraphic transfer. Guest can check-in with passport or if required, we can send "check-in voucher" to guest by fax.. There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 10% cancellation processing charge) if booking is cancelled 7 working days before the check-in date.
