and Conditions
All bookings
made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the
check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa,
Master, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in
with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will
also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference. No charge
for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents with

Cancellation
Policy
1) If notification
of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7
working days (not including Sat., Sun. and Public Holidays) prior
to check-in date: There will be no cancellation charge except
for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 working
days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in
date. : A credit card processing fee
of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
3) If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 working
days ((not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to
check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS 50% of
reservation price will be levied and if no any notification of
the cancellation, full amount of reservation will be levied
NOTE
: Cancellation for peak
season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 15 working
days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in
date.
