Terms and Conditions

All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference. Cancellation Policy:

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days (not including Sat., Sun. and Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.

NOTE : Cancellation for peak season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 15 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.
