This ancient cuisine which has been handed down through the centuries by the Chefs of the Royal Palace, encompasses the blending of ingredients with intriguing textures, complex aromas and fresh exhilarating flavors, to create a distinctly elegant cuisine that can be enjoyed with our selection of more than 400 fine wines.

Our new wine cellar showcases one of the finest wine selections in Asia and our guests can choose their favorite vintages or have a great opportunity to converse with our Sommelier to make a new discovery that will match their dining experience and expectations.

This international restaurant with a Mediterranean atmosphere offers you the possibility of sampling Asian and continental dishes. You can choose from a sumptuous buffet selection or make your choice from the extensive à la carte menu. For the more intrepid, knapsack luncheons and picnic baskets are available from the café's deli.
