Travel rates listed above are ONLY available for Internet
users who book via this web site Or contact Asia Travel directly
- Above
hotel rates are in Australian Dollars
- Rates
are inclusive of all tax and service charges
- Rates
are per person per tour
- Children
over the age of 14 years are classified as adults
- Child
under the age of 3 years sitting on mum Or dads lap are free
of charge
- All bookings
made for the above tours have to be paid in advance before
the tour date.
- Payment
by credit card will be billed in Australian Dollar upon confirmation
of booking
- Upon
receipt of payment, vouchers will be sent via email attachment

- If you
wish to cancel your tour you must immediately inform Asia
Travel. Once we have received your notice cancellation will
take effect. Please note the following charges will take effect
on cancellation.
If
Cancellation takes place within 30 days of departure 25% of
your tour price will be forfeited.
If Cancellation takes place within 21 days of departure 50%
of your tour price will be forfeited.
If Cancellation takes place within 14 days of departure 100%
of your tour price will be forfeited.
- Whilst
the utmost care is taken Kimberley Wild Outback Tours do not
accept liability for loss or damage to baggage, sickness or
injury, emergency evacuation or additional expenses caused
by factors beyond our control. Kimberley Wild Outback Tours
reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to unforeseen
circumstances. Circumstances may be due to road conditions,
flooding, mechanical defect or other reason. Kimberley Wild
Outback Tours will be unable to guarantee exact arrival and
departure times and, will not be liable for failure to make
connections with any other service. In the event of breakdown
or other circumstance, the operator reserves the right to
substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation
of the tour.
