Ayers Rock Resort is pleased to introduce its new 3½ star boutique hotel - The Lost Camel.

The Lost Camel features 99 self-contained guest rooms with all rooms built around lush courtyards and a generous swimming pool. The lobby features contemporary furnishings, bright open spaces, a small bar and a subtle Aboriginal/cultural theme prominent throughout.

The interesting mix of contemporary Aboriginal and urban/city theming ensures that The Lost Camel reflects the Voyages travel ethos - that of body, mind and spirit - with stylish furnishings working in unison with the spectacular landscape and environment, bringing a new element in accommodation to the Resort.

The guest rooms are furnished in bright, contrasting colours and crisp, clean whites to convey a contemporary, fresh and 'funky' feel. As a contrast, the walls will feature framed photographs of Aboriginal 'snapshots' (hands weaving baskets, hands sifting through berries..) - providing a contrast of 'traditional old world' and 'modern city' style furnishings, adding to the unique, quirky and distinctive style of the hotel.
