Mr Hidekatsu Koyama, our executive chef, holds the Hunter Chef of the Year Award for 1999 and 2000 and looks forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable experience of dining with a choice of personally designed dinner menus. The menus served in Amaryllis, our Fine Dining French Restaurant, ranging from a six course Chef's selection set dinner for $55.00 per person which changes daily to our delicious a la Carte menu. Prices are GST inclusive.
