For the conference and function part of the hotel, we learnt memorable hotel experiences means loads of natural light and space, real cuisine, and state of the art technology.

At Hilton Sydney you'll find 4,000sqm of flexible floor space, with enough room to accommodate up to 3,000 delegates over the four dedicated floors. There's ballroom seating for up to 1,200 guests, and pre-function space for up to 1,400 people.

Delegates will enjoy plenty of natural light as well as function room views over Sydney's busy streetlife, Australasia's most advanced audiovisual technology, and authentic freshly prepared cuisine.

For wining and dining, we approached celebrated New York designer Tony Chi to create glass brasserie and the Zeta Bar. Earthy tones and again an abundance of natural light abound, enhanced by global wine on a grand scale, courtesy of resident Master of Wine, Dr Ron Georgiou.

Then there's the LivingWell Premier Health Club which takes up the entire floor plate of the hotel, the wonderfully ornate Marble Bar, and magnificent central city views of the Queen Victoria Building and neighbouring streetscapes.
