1. How far in advance do I need to book? Can I book when I arrive in Australia?
In order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you pre-book your Climb before arriving. Depending on your flexibility we recommend that you book at least two-weeks prior to your required Climb date.

2. I want to make a group booking. How many people can Climb in each group?
Climbs depart every ten minutes throughout the day in groups of twelve (12) Climbers. If you are organising a group of more than 12 people, then we will endeavour to arrange your booking so that members of your group Climb at a 10-minute interval. The MAXIMUM number of people per Climb group is twelve.

3. Will the BridgeClimb tickets be posted to me after I make a booking?
When booking a BridgeClimb, your tickets are NOT posted out to you. They will be available to pick up on the day of your Climb. Either an email confirmation or confirmation letter will be sent to you depending on the method of booking, and information provided. When collecting your tickets please present the BridgeClimb confirmation that you should have received via email or in the mail.

The BridgeClimb Gift Certificates, however, are delivered to the postal address supplied on your order. If you live in Australia you will receive your certificate within five (5) working days. If you live overseas, allow ten (10) working days for delivery. In the interim, however, if you require the gift before the expected delivery date you can download a GIFT LETTER to present the recipient (until your actual BridgeClimb Gift Certificate arrives by mail). The 'Gift Letter' can be downloaded after making your purchase online.

4. I am trying to book a Climb online using my Gift Certificate but I'm having difficulty in doing so?
You cannot use a Gift Certificate to book a Climb online. If you are REDEEMING a Gift Certificate for your booking, you will need to contact the BridgeClimb Ticket Hotline.

5. How long does it take to get to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the time of check-in?
The BridgeClimb experience takes approximately 3½ hours. The first hour includes a comprehensive briefing and safety demonstration. After this preparation stage it then takes approximately one hour before you reach the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. So if you are arranging a special occasion and would like to be at the top of the Bridge at a specific time, ensure that you book your BridgeClimb for a Climb time of approximately two hours beforehand.

6. I want to book a BridgeClimb but I don't have a credit card?
All Climbs booked online must be paid for at the time of booking with a valid credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, and American Express.

7. Is booking Climb tickets online secure?
The BridgeClimb online bookings system is powered by a secure ticketing specialist provider, Tickets.com. Any information you provide online is safe and will be kept confidential.
