Meeting Rooms With our two fabulous ballrooms, the accent is on versatility. Both ballrooms can be subdivided into 3 individual soundproof venues to accommodate smaller meetings and seminars. From 20 people boardroom style to 1300 theatre style, we have the right room for the right event. Our banquet and conference facilities are located on two levels with some rooms offering natural light and adjoining terraces so delegates can take full advantage of Queensland's beautiful climate. Tatiara Ballroom and five syndicate rooms including an Executive Boardroom are located on level two. Ballroom facilities include built in screens, complete audio visual equipment, pillar free venue, ceiling height of 4.6 metres and direct vehicle access available through Galleria Car Park. The Tarcoola Ballroom which features a large north facing balcony as well as direct access to poolside gardens is located on level four. Facilities include complete audio visual equipment, ceiling height of 3.3 metres and easy access for equipment delivery through a service lift with a weight capacity of 1360 kilograms.
