Well located in the heart of Makati and close to the Greenbelt complex of shopping malls, restaurants and bars. It shows it age. Even being low priced, one could expect nicer furniture, lighting, and decoration that are extremely cheap, tasteless and of lousy quality. Positive point: fixtures in the bathroom were perfectly working including very hot water. We were systematically disturbed in our sleep by the cleaning stuff in a hurry to do their job. There are much better places for the same price in Ortigas or in Manila. Possibly also in Makati.

Cheap and cheerful condo-hotel - but bang central to Makati greenbelt district and hopping distance to malls / bars / clubs - Thats why we use it. Rooms simple and functional - and good for family stays as condo apartments.
